Property Week Management All Stars Awards success for a second year in a row
CDS was shortlisted for a second year running for a Property Week Management All Stars Award. Last year CDS won!
Facing judges that value strong business cases and competition from global players, including two of biggest names in property software, CDS has won a place on the shortlist as hat Property Management Software Provider of the Year 2017.
The software solution that caught the judge’s attention for the award is CDS’s Asset Factory™.

It combines quantitative and qualitative measures to put you in control of your Property Portfolio and Strategic Asset Management. Last year CDS won the Property Management System of the Year at the Property Week Management All Stars Awards for ePIMS (Electronic Property Information and Mapping Service), developed by CDS in conjunction with the Cabinet Office, Government Property Unit.
Head of Asset Intelligence at CDS, and property asset and PropTech expert Michael Stephens said: “CDS have a fantastic pedigree in Property technology and solutions (Proptech) and are passionate about driving value cases with tangible outcomes for customers that are of National Infrastructure importance, including the Cabinet Office and Royal Mail.
