Should PropTech awards matter to you? Let me guess.
You’ll say that ultimately they’re not the most important thing. What really matters is how any Property Asset Management solution meets your specific needs to help you optimise value, minimise cost, increase performance and mitigate risk – around any aspect of your organisation’s property use.
On the other hand, we think awards do matter. In times of technological disruption, they are a way to distinguish what is working and what does not work. Judges look for hard evidence. They are experts in their field and they’re comparing the best solutions. When you’re under pressure, faced with a plethora of technologies, awards can point you in the right direction.
2016 is the first year we’ve entered any PropTech Awards and straight away we’re up there with three-for-three, entries to finals!
In December, we were shortlisted for the prestigious i-FM Technology Award (results to be announced in February 2017). In October 2016, we won Property Management System of the Year at the Property Week Management All Stars Awards. And we were a finalist in in two categories in the Global Sourcing Association Awards.
Something we’re doing right is clearly catching the judge’s attention. At the i-FM awards we’re in the finals alongside industry giants like JLL, Mitie and Interserve.
We’re delighted to receive industry recognition from independent judges.
But we want to focus on what is important. And that is all about understanding your challenges and requirements. So, as we start 2017, I would like to know: what is the most important thing to you about managing your property estate?
