Tailored approach for every client
We offer creative services to help you engage with your audience and operational capacity to deliver stakeholder communications and campaigns to your target audience. Most importantly, as a multi-discipline supplier, our thorough understanding of print and digital channels enables us to provide impartial advice on the most effective medium to meet your communication goals.
We recognise that all clients are different, so we provide tailored solutions to meet individual requirements. Where only one of our services is required, our understanding of the bigger picture ensures that our service is fit for purpose and offers real value of money.
Dedicated and responsive Account Teams provide you with the simplicity of a single point of contact and secure browser-based online systems ensure all work is delivered on time and budget. We operate a transparent, open book pricing model that validates value for money, reports against agreed key performance indicators and supports any audit requirements.

Case Study: Online web2print for Queen's University Belfast
Queen’s University Belfast, uses Template Central, CDS ‘self-service’ online web2print solution to improve the efficiency of communications work and control costs.
Their Marketing and Creative Services team designers were getting increasingly involved in repetitive work, instead of concentrating on new communications. This led to more and more work being placed with external agencies – incurring unwanted additional expenditure.
CDS recommended that they move regular publications, like newsletters, flyers and postcards, to Template Central, improving efficiency and saving money.
