So apart from it being a reference of itself, when you invite CDS to pitch for Sitecore development services, we can demonstrate how our own teams use the customer experience and marketing automation tools to full effect and drive our customer engagement.
CDS signed a strategic partnering agreement with Sitecore in 2016. We did this specifically following the launch of version 8.1 and the compelling integration of a marketing engagement toolkit with a content management platform.
CDS have certifications in house for both development services. Crucially, we are also certified for the marketing planning and management components of the Experience Platform. It is this ability to drive outcomes and train our customers on how best to use these tools which delivers the increase in performance we can achieve over and above others.

Gartner has placed Sitecore and Adobe as the two leaders in the web experience management category. Notably Sitecore is ranked number one for “ability to execute”. Adobe may be ranked higher for “vision”, but for our customers and our projects, we think it best to focus on what can be achieved and delivered rather than what can be wished for.

Sitecore launches: Latest work from CDS using Sitecore
Our work for Zurich Insurance on their customer insights platform benefited from the Sitecore customer insight data, blended with Salesforce and external third party data to drive both online personalisaiton but also direct intelligence to the face to face and call center sales and broker teams.
Our work on user experience design for Miller insurance focuses on the marketing implementation services of Sitecore to drive business to business customer engagement at an enterprise level.
