CDS has a Document Management Centre dedicated to providing all the services required for the efficient management of your organisation’s documents.
From print on demand, personalised mailings, the management of your office mail output, the handling of your incoming mail to document scanning, CDS has the knowledge, systems and processes to deliver.
Our Document Management Centre is based in a secure, modern building in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire and is well resourced with personnel, equipment and systems to enable the efficient and secure delivery of these services.
The facility provides digital document solutions for both private and public sector clients. Our public sector clients include defence, central and local government, police and education authorities. Working with a range of high-profile clients means that we have to work to the highest standards and processes. The centre is certified to the following standards:

Case Study: Middlesex University
Middlesex University is working in partnership with CDS to deliver a digital strategy to its 1,300 staff and 23,000 students.
As part of this strategy, CDS provides a Digital Mailroom and an Archive and Records Digitisation Service to the university. We also built a bespoke, web-based data repository for the storage of records and archived material.
