Elevating User Experience: TPT’s Website Redesign

The challenge

TPT Retirement Solutions is evolving; with a new brand launch on the horizon, they needed a website that reflected their commitment to helping employers navigate the complexity of the pensions market and help members make the most of their pension. As their key communication platform, they wanted a website that showcased their proposition and offered exceptional user experiences.

The solution

TPT partnered with CDS to develop a website that would serve as the gateway to their new narrative. Through in-depth user research, CDS gained insights into the needs of both existing and potential audiences.
Our expert Umbraco developers and User Experience team worked together to create an interactive and dynamic interface that provided a seamless journey for TPT's members, prospective and existing clients, and corporate pension advisers who now each have their own, specific journey to meet their unique needs.

  • Multimedia: Written content and videos used to explain TPT’s propositions and benefits.
  • Accessibility: Designed with all audiences in mind. Meeting WCAG 2.1 standards means that content is easily understandable, readable, and compatible for screen readers. It is also keyboard accessible and has a responsive design across multiple devices.
  • SEO optimisation: Search-engine-friendly content to help build awareness and boost engagement.
