CDS employees achievements recognised at 4th quarterly ICE Awards
On 16 December 2016, we held our fourth Baird Group ICE Awards recognising employees who have gone above and beyond in both Contribution and Innovation to the company and our clients.
Pardon us for the vagueness about names of employees and clients but we have been asked to be discreet. The bottom line is that we have a great team with outstanding individuals willing to go above and beyond for their clients and the company.
The winners included employees who:
- developed a Rugby mobile programme in their own time for the Army vs Navy U23’s game CDS were sponsoring.
- stepped up and led the team while their boss was working on a client project for a year. They led bids and worked unsociable hours to help win more work for CDS.
- worked many weekends and travelled long distances to work on a CDS project for 18 months.
CDS annual employee ICE Awards
CDS also announced the results of our first annual employee ICE Awards. This was won by an employee for their contribution to CDS and their clients. This employee worked many weekends supporting five new client’s services going live and led presentations which helped bring in new business to Newspress. Congratulations to all our winners.
At CDS (part of the Baird Group) we pride ourselves in recognising the outstanding achievements of our employees. We’re already looking forward to nominations for the next Quarterly Awards and our annual employee ICE Awards at the end of 2017.
