TFL renews and broadens prestigious CDS print contract
We are delighted to announce that CDS have secured the print management, distribution and storage and associated services contract for the term of two years plus the option of two further years in extension giving a potential for four years in total with the Greater London Authority (GLA) Group.
The new contract was let following a mini-competition under the Crown Commercial Services Managed Print and Digital Solutions Framework RM3785 (Lot 2 – Tailored managed print solutions).
The new contract, commencing in mid-2019 includes successfully securing a second term as the Managed Print Service Provider for Transport for London (TfL), Greater London Authority (GLA) and Metropolitan Police Service (MPS).
In addition, CDS look forward to working with new clients under this contract:
- London Fire Brigade (LFB)
- London Legacy and Development Corporation (LLDC)
- Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC)
- Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC)
Collectively, this group of high profile, London centric organisations are referred to as the GLA Group. The anticipated value of the contract is £33m.
We are very excited about the challenges ahead and the ability to work closely with all organisations, some of whom are new to us. Our focus will be the provision of excellent account management serviced by a local team, and the delivery of ‘no-fail’ marketing and operation print whilst ensuring that the clients benefit from cost and process efficiencies throughout the contract term.
